Our design process is in stages:

• We speak with you and get an idea about your type of business and your marketing efforts. We ask you to send us some web site addresses of web sites you like. We do NOT copy the designs from these sites but we use this to get a "feel" for the type and style of web site you are looking for, whether it should be corporate looking or fun or somewhere in between.

• We start the design by creating a graphic design for each type of page on the web site. No text is used here. It is simply the web site graphics design and shows the overall look of the web site. This is the part of web design that takes the longest and is the bulk of the project.

• Writers will interview you and work with you on creating the textual copy for your pages until your message is stated in a clear and concise form that meets with your approval.

• We show you what we have created and ask you to comment on the graphic design. If you are happy with the design we either move to the next step of transferring the design into an HTML Graphics Shell for your web site or we redesign as required. 

• Once the graphic design has been transferred into the HTML Page Description Language used in web pages the Graphics Shell of your site is complete. Textual web site content is added to each web site area and web page.

• If your web site is an on-line catalog or an E-Commerce web site, data about each item you sell will need to be imported or entered into the web sites data base or web pages.

• Forms are created for contact/ordering and in e-commerce web sites other programming is completed.

• We discuss in more specific detail with the client the marketing aspects of their web site. We then create search engine Meta Tags so your pages can earn high relevancy rankings when they are submitted  to a search engine for indexing. 

• With your approval we publish your web site by transferring all of your sites files to one of our web hosting servers or any other web hosting provider you choose.

• Once your site is published it is time to submit your new web site to various search engines for indexing. Its also time to consider banner advertising exchange programs and other web site traffic promotion techniques.

The whole process ensures that you receive the site you envision and that we meet and exceed your expectations.
