TVM Acrobat Plug-Ins For Macintosh
The TVM Conference Gateway has the ability to load and control the presentation of Acrobat PDF Documents to all the participants in a virtual meeting. The TVM Plug-Ins allow the current meeting leader to sketch and annotate on PDF Documents while everyone else in the conference watches what is being sketched.
Features
- The Sketching Tool draws free hand lines.
- Eight Colors are available.
- There are several line widths to choose from.
- The Eraser Tool erases what has been drawn by the Sketching tool.
- The Gesturing tool is for pointing at features in PDF documents. When the leader clicks in an Acrobat window the arrow cursor will be moved to that same location on each conference participants screen. The tool can also be used to transmit animated gestures to the other conference participants. The action of dragging the mouse around an object will cause the other conference participants arrow cursors move thru that same path in the PDF document.
- Communications: Communicates with the TVM Conference Gateway using AppleEvents.
- Can also communicate directly with another copy of Acrobat Exchange over an AppleTalk network using AppleEvents (Program Linking access and password required).
Software Requirements:
- Acrobat Exchange v 2.0 or Higher or Acrobat Exchange LE v 2.0 or higher
- TVM Conference Gateway v 2.0 or higher
- Macintosh System v 7.0 or higher
- DOES NOT OPERATE WITH Acrobat Viewer
